Richard 'Dick' Kingsley

Richard "Dick" Kingsley, 68, of Lake Tapawingo, MO passed away September 17th after a long illness.Richard was preceded in death by his father, Milton Kingsley. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Theresa; son Doug (daughter-in-law, Lesley); daughter Dawn, mother Viola; 3 siblings Nancy Totton, JoAnn Blackwell, and Kevin Kingsley; 4 grandchildren Dylan Ryan, Kate, Jessica, and Jonathon and 2 great granddaughters.Dick graduated from Bishop Hogan high school in 1964. He was a proud member of Teamsters Local #955 driving for Safeway and Associated Wholesale Grocers until he retired in 1998.For those who knew him well, he sends a final "boogity, boogity, boogity". The family will be having a private gathering, but are requesting donations be made to Kansas City Hospice House at 12000 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO 64145.
