Ray Picard, 80, of Kansas City, MO passed away September 11, 2021. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16 at Muehlebach Funeral Care, 6800 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO 64131, followed by a Mass on September 17 at 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Parish, 4101 E. 105th Terr, Kansas City, MO 64137, and burial at Brooking Cemetery.
Ray was born January 27, 1941 in Kansas City, Missouri to Ray and Helen Picard. Ray was a laborer by trade and a member of the local UAW.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Ray is survived by his wife Suzanne, son; Kevin Picard (Laura), daughter; Cyndi Kemner (Christopher), sister; Janet Perkins (Bob), brothers; Craig Picard (Becky) and Steve Picard (Linda). Grandchildren; Jesse Akin, Kyle Akin, Ryan Akin, Lyndsey Graham (Chris), Brooke Picard, Spencer Picard (Courtney), and great grandchildren Easton and Leighton.
