Phillis is preceded in death by her father, Philip Preston. She is survived by her mother, Patsy Preston, her two daughters; Candance Alexander and Alexa Alexander, five grandchildren; Marissa, Carlos, Jetner, Adam, and Lillianna, and her brothers; Carl Preston and Randolph Preston.
