Philip's commitment to aiding others shone brightly through his work, impacting many lives during his career. His compassion extended beyond professional realms into his personal life, where he cherished moments spent watching Chiefs football and the Royals, and shopping with his sister Suzanne. Philip's love for animals was evident in the joy he found in the company of his two dogs and cat.

He now reunites with his father Donald Stine and mother Lucienne Closset in peace. Philip leaves behind his dear sister Suzanne Stine to cherish his memory. Additionally, he is survived by many friends who will always hold him close in their hearts.

Services to honor and celebrate Philip's life will be held at Muehlebach Funeral Care, 6800 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO 64131, on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. The visitation will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by a Prayer Service until 12:00 PM. The burial will commence at Forest Hill & Calvary Cemetery at 12:15 PM.
