Megan M. Wood, 22, passed away September 11, 2021. Memorial services will be held 1:00 pm, Friday, September 17th at Muehlebach Funeral Care, 6800 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Muehlebach Funeral Care for the Megan M. Wood memorial fund.
Megan was born June 16, 1999 in Overland Park, KS to Mary Jill Reid and Michael K. Wood. She graduated from Raytown South High School and was currently a student of nursing. Megan was preceded in death by her grandmother, Donna Underwood; paternal grandparents, Ragiel and Jacqueline Wood; uncles, Steven and Michael Underwood and Robert Howard. Survivors include her parents, Mary Jill Reid and Michael K. Wood; grandfather, James Underwood; uncles, Mark Underwood and wife Candace, and Robert Underwood; aunts, Elizabeth Underwood, Jan Lopian and Carol Bellendir; cousins, Nikolai, Alek, Spencer and Justin Underwood, Ryan and Abby Howard, and many extended family and friends.
