Mary Anne Keller

Mary Anne (Buckley) Keller, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully at the age of 63 on Monday, February 5th, 2018.She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Jim Keller; and her two children, Brad Keller and wife Lindsey, and Kristina (Keller) Colgan and husband Kevin. She will be greatly missed by her 6 grandchildren, Mary Katherine Keller (10), Jacob Daniel Colgan (9), Jimmy Michael Keller (8), Jack Williams Keller (8), Max Bradley Keller (8), and Stella Ileus Colgan (7). She is also survived by her three brothers, Bud Buckley, Don Buckley and Tom Buckley; and her two sisters, Nancy (Buckley) Wagner and Jane (Buckley) Kinner; as well as her 22 nieces and nephews and their families.She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ileus Buckley, and one nephew Stephen Wagner.Mary was born in 1954, in Springfield, IL, to Harry Morehouse Buckley II and Ileus Nadine (Brown) Buckley. Mary and Jim met while tobogganing on a snowy hill in 1969. From that moment on, they lived an inseparable fairytale. Mary was born into a floral family. She took this passion and created Kellers Flowerhaus in Kansas City, MO which she operated for an excess of 25 years. Mary had the ability to make everyone she met her friend. After just a few minutes of being around her, people felt they had known her for a lifetime. Mary will be so greatly missed, although her spirit will live on in the hearts of those whose lives she touched. A Visitation will be held on Friday, February 9th from 5:00-7:00 PM at Our Lady of the Presentation Parish, 130 NW Murray Rd. Lees Summit, Missouri. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 10th at Our Lady of the Presentation Parish. Entombment following at Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions go to Catholic Charities, 4001 Blue Pkwy #250, Kansas City, Missouri 64130.
