Marvin V. Shoe

Marvin V. Shoe, passed away suddenly on March 29, 2024, in his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri. Born on July 10, 1947, in the same city.

   Predeceased by his father and mother Kenneth and Loretta Shoe. Survived by his aunt Anna Laura Barber, sister Donna Jo Loeffler, nephews Kenneth and Matt Loeffler, grandnephew Justin Loeffler, and grandnieces Caitlyn and Kelsi Loeffler. 

   A harmonica player, lover of music ,nature, photography and people . He brought joy to those around him. 

      Throughout his life, Marvin was dedicated to serving his community. His commitment began with his time in the Coast Guard, where he learned the true meaning of camaraderie and duty. After his service, he continued to protect and serve as a fireman. Marvin began a career as a postman,  he became a familiar and friendly face to the many residents along his routes. 

    Loved by many he will be missed .

A celebration of life will take place at a later date .
