Marsha Ann Crum

Marsha Ann (ODonnell) Crum, age 60, of Raytown, Missouri, passed away on November 20, 2017 at John Knox Village in Lees Summit, Missouri. All services will be held at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church, 8941 James A Reed Road, Kansas City, Missouri, 64138 on Saturday, November 25th. The Rosary will be prayed at 9:30am with Mass of Christian Burial following at 10:00am. Inurnment will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Marsha was born on December 2, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri to Thomas ODonnell and Mary (Moritz) ODonnell. She was one of five children, having two sisters and two brothers, whom she deeply adored. Marsha spent her whole life in Kansas City. She attended OHara High School, graduating in 1975, and later received her Associates Degree from Longview Community College. Marsha had a long and successful career with Hallmark, dedicating 42 years to the company.
Marsha enjoyed many things in her life, the most important being her family and friends. She was known as a loving and compassionate mother and a fierce and faithful friend. Her family and friends meant everything to her, and she made it known to those she loved. Aside from her family and friends, Marsha had another deep love of the Kansas City Royals and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Marsha is preceded in death by her father, Thomas ODonnell. She is survived by her mother, Mary Frances ODonnell; her two sons, Ryan Crum and Jason Crum (Jordan); granddaughter, Sydney Crum; two sisters, Denise Rigdon and Kerrie ODonnell; two brothers, Tom ODonnell and Pat ODonnell; and many beloved nieces, nephews, friends, and her faithful four-legged companion, Max.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests bringing Hallmark Christmas Ornaments, to be donated to families who need some Christmas cheer this holiday season, as Christmas was Marshas favorite time of the year. In addition to the ornaments, donations may also be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 1848, Longmont, Colorado 80502.
