Marjorie J. Battor

Marjorie J. Battor, 96, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on September 25, 2023. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday October 2, 2023 at 10:30 am at Little Sisters of the Poor, 8745 James A. Reed Rd., Kansas City, MO 64138. Burial will take place after mass at Forest Hill Cemetery.

Marjorie loved to dance to her favorite music and cook and bake for her family. Her favorite thing was spending time with her large family and spoiling the grandkids, great-grandkids and great-great grandkids. She enjoyed watching the Royals and was proud to be a part of the Royals Kingdom.

Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Clay Lawson and Catherine Sullivan; husband, Joseph Battor; and daughter, Cheryl Lawrence.

She is survived by daughters, Sandi Etter, Doris Hetzel, and Rhonda Cherry; son, Jim Lawrence; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
