Margaret was born July 22, 1923, in Humbolt, KS, to Guy and Verna Wing. She married Arthur Wirtz and helped him run his family steakhouse located on 60th and Troost. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Arthur Wirtz, and their son Arthur Michael Wirtz, Jr. She is survived by her 6 children; Patty McConnell and husband Sam, Judith Albrecht and husband Dick, Mary Ann Prince and husband Paul, Nancy Welch and husband Jim, John Wirtz and wife Karen, and Deborah Walters and husband Harold, as well as 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Salvation Army.
