Born September 30, 1942, Judith passed away peacefully as she rested on November 06, 2022 at 10:29 PM.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Truman and Nell Marie Eldridge; her sister, Lora Lee Cruger, brother-in-law Jack Cruger, brother-in-law Bill Brown, ex-husband Richard Michael Williams I, daughter, Cheryl Ann Stegmaier, and grandson Christopher Pittman.
The eldest of 13 children she is survived by her loving siblings; four brothers and seven sisters; two sons, Richard Michael Williams II and Gerald Kermit & Jane McWilliams;
five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, many dozens of nieces nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.
As a, “military brat,” she traveled across Europe and Asia, and the U.S. She spent 50+ years as a cosmetologist. She wasn’t just a beautician she was a magician.
She was a strong, witty, generous, loving, and independent woman.
She lived a full life, was loved by all, and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, in Judy’s name.
