Burial Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St. Joseph.
John was born April 9, 1968 in Kansas City, MO to Jim and Mary Lou McCormack. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Terry Wolf and infant Nancy Sue McCormack. John is survived by his children, Amber Alqudah and husband David, Mary McCormack, John McCormack, Paul McCormack and Chris McCormack; siblings, Mary Kanatzar, Jim McCormack, Tina Seeger, Kathy Grantham, Tom McCormack, Barbara Goldstein, Steve McCormack and Amy Waris as well as many nieces and nephews.
