Jimmy Allen May

Jimmy Allen May, 85, passed away at home on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.  Jimmy was born on June 17, 1938 in Atkins, Arkansas to Haskell Odell and Olivia (Cheek) May.  He married Sara Green on December 14th, 1958.  He is survived by his wife, Sara.  He is also survived by his two sons; J. Keith May and David May and a daughter, Melissa Drake.  He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; Casey May, Kayla Syler and Jessica Carneal and 5 great grandchildren; Clay, Cheyenne, Easton, Emma and Jacob.  He served in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1959 and served on three different aircraft carriers.  He was the navigator on a three man flight crew.  He worked for NAPA Auto Parts for most of his working life and enjoyed his work.  Jimmy was a BIG family man and loved football and baseball.  There will be a service with military honors in Morillton, Arkansas sometime in the near future.
