Jeffrey Chapman, age 69, died May 17, 2022. Survivors include his stepmother Angela Bolman of Waimea, Hawaii; brothers Eric (Marty Yadrick) of Kansas City, and Todd (Peggy) of Carson City, Nevada. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Richard E. Chapman; his mother, Jacquelin Coen, and his stepfather Wilbur F. Coen, Jr. Private Services.
