James Lannigan

James Lannigan passed away on March 26, 2022. James was born March 2, 1944 to Clarence Lannigan and Catherine Weber in Rochester, New York. Private family Services were held in his honor. James is survived by his sister Gail Parmelee. The burial for James Lannigan is on April 6, 2022 with Military Honors.
