Francis 'Frank' Solomon

Francis B. "Frank" Solomon, 85, of south Kansas City, passed away June 4, 2017, at his home. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00am on Saturday, June 10th at St. Elizabeth Church, 2 E. 75th St, KCMO, with Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00am. Inurnment following at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Church or St. Lukes Hospice.At Franks request, he stated that he wanted his obituary to just read, "I was just a simple man who led a simple life." He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth "Betty" Solomon; two sons, Bob Solomon (Gloria), David Solomon; three daughters, Mary Beth Solomon, Jennifer Rooks, Janet Holloway (Mike); nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
