Edward Lucas, Jr., 89, of Kansas City, MO, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, November 19th at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Thomas More Church, 11822 Holmes Rd., KCMO, 64131. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Edward was born February 12, 1929 in Pierce City, MO to Edward & Thresia Lucas. He was both an excellent husband and father of their four children.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Clara Lucas, as well as their son Mark Lucas. He is survived by his children: Peggy Lucas; Paul (Maria) Lucas and their children: Alonzo, Kia and Mya; Mary (Joseph) Ziegler and their children: Michael and Maria; and numerous nieces and nephews.
