Edward Dulle, 53, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on April 4, 2026. He leaves behind his family, friends, and community forever changed by his presence. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 18, followed by Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church, 2 E. 75th Street, Kansas City, MO 64114. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to his children’s educational fund: https://gofund.me/051dc44f8
Edward was born on July 1, 1972, to Mike and Sue Dulle, the youngest of three children. Edward was a proud graduate of St. Elizabeth Catholic School and Bishop Miege High School. He later earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia and was a lifelong MU Tigers fan. Edward married the love of his life, Jamie, in 2005, and together they built a life centered on love and family. He was a blessed and devoted father of four children.
Edward started his career in the fire sprinkler business in 2005. He was a natural salesman that could sell blarney to an Irishman. Edward was an avid sports fan, enjoyed great barbecue, and proudly embraced his Irish and Scottish heritage. Edward loved St. E’s and believed his strong faith led him to spend many years volunteering in this community. Ultimately though, Edward’s greatest joys in life were all the years he spent with his children, be it coaching baseball, leading his boys in scouts, sitting on the sidelines of countless volleyball games, or enjoying many theater productions and choir concerts.
Edward was preceded in death by his father, Michael Joseph Dulle, and his father-in-law, James L. Garnett. He is survived by his wife, Jamie; his children, Bridget, James, Thomas and Kaitlyn; his mother, Sue; and his brothers, Scott (Michelle) and Hugh, and their families; and his mother-in-law, Janet Garnett.
The family would like to thank all of the doctors and nurses at the University of Kansas Cancer Center and Kansas City Hospice for providing compassionate care throughout Edward’s battle with cancer.
