Uncle of Dominique Hawkins, Nakyzia Bland, Kyla Williams, Mario Sipes, Monae Sipes, Arron Hall, and London Jones. Half-brother to Alayshia Bland and Tlayshia Bland. Best friend to Ade Muwwakkil, Rodney Smith and Hilondo Simien. Foster son of Pat and Pat Brown. Preceded in death by mother, Venita Bland, and grandmother, Louise Mitchell. Shaped by Simba. Fearless AIDS crusader. Compassionate Camp Heartland counselor. Committed to social justice. Funniest (and loudest) guy in the room. Missed deeply.
