Donna Rae Underwood

Donna Rae Underwood, 82, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, August 14th. She was born on September 21, 1933 to Watson and Margaret Fletcher in Kansas City, MO. She is a graduate of St. Peters Grade School, Hogan High, and Junior College of KC, where she learned medical terminology. She worked part-time later full-time at Research Hospital as a Medical Transcriptionist before retiring in 1995. Donna is preceded in death by her parents, and leaves behind Jim, her loving husband of 57 years along with daughter, Mary Jill; sons, Mark (Candance), Steve (Elizabeth), Michael and Robert; grandchildren, Spencer, Justin, Alek, Nick and Megan; and sister, MaryBelle Tripp. Visitation at St. Regis Catholic Church, 8941 James A Reed Rd, KCMO, on Wednesday, August 17th at 10am followed by Mass at 11am.
